No hidden fees…
Very transparent with expenses that get invoiced back to you. An idea of the costs…..
1 hour minimum will be applied and 15 minute intervals thereafter
I expense gas if it is a moving, trash removal or curb side pick up tasks
I typically DO NOT expense gas or time in travel as my time starts when I arrive
I expense gas for extra trips during a job, for example, need to leave the site to pick up more hardware or material of any kind
If doing a trash removal, I will take a picture of the receipt from city disposal center and only expense the face value (usually cost by weight)……no mark up
Any hardware or materials needed for the job, you will own them, I essentially purchase for you
Any other expenses that apply, I am upfront and will let you know!
